Description
The lotion contains an innovative formula designed to prevent hair loss and stimulate hair growth. The lotion is based on placental extract and active ingredients – aminopyrrol combined with melatonin, niacinamide, vitamins and lipids, including phosphatidylcholine. Not suitable for use in pregnancy and GW.
Active ingredients:
– Aminopyrrol (copyrrol with amino acids) at a maximum concentration of 6.7%. Encapsulated in liposomes allows the active ingredients to be delivered directly to hair follicle cells, where slow release occurs. Copirrol is designed to maximize hair growth comparable to the effects of minoxidil, but with fewer side effects. Copyrrol has a molecular structure similar to minoxidil, but with fewer carbon chains and greater absorption capacity. Copirrol has no significant side effects compared to minoxidil and is less characterized by withdrawal. Combining copirrol with amino acids (aminopyrrol) allows for even greater efficacy with no side effects. An open-label clinical trial in 60 subjects (men) has now been completed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of copirrol compared to 5% minoxidil solution. Copyrrol showed an increase in mRNA value (13.5%) for SHH gene compared to minoxidil (5%). In addition, the percent improvement in hair growth increased from baseline at months 2, 4, and 5, amounting to 25%, 50%, and 66%, respectively.
– Melatonin. According to numerous studies, it is a powerful regulator as well as an antioxidant that prolongs the hair growth phase and reduces hair loss. There have been 5 large, including randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies evaluating the efficacy of external application of melatonin solution at concentrations ranging from 0.0033 to 0.1% for 3 to 6 months, both in in vitro studies and on patients with diffuse hair loss and androgenetic alopecia. Thus the value of hair density was +29% (after 3 months) and +41% (after 6 months). The effect of melatonin on hair growth may also be mediated by interaction with androgens and estrogens and their receptors, as evidenced by the anti-androgenic effect of melatonin.
– Placenta extract and a blend of amino acids. Provide regulation of hair growth and nutrition, which is necessary for keratin synthesis. Increase the strength and shine of the hair. Niacinamide dilates blood vessels, regulates sebum, moisturizes the scalp and hair.
Method of Application:
– Apply 1/2 ampoule daily, mainly to problem hair areas. Rub in with gentle massage strokes. The skin should be dry or slightly damp. The lotion does not need to be washed off.
– For severe hair loss, it is recommended to apply the lotion twice a day. The course of treatment lasts from 4 to 6 months, after which you can continue using it 3 times a week for as long as needed.
– In chronic hair thinning, but without active hair loss, we recommend using the lotion 1/3 – 1/4 ampoule (2.5 – 3 ml), daily or every other day, but for a long time.
