Use

Twist the base of the pen until it clicks and the serum appears on the spherical applicator. Place the applicator on the upper eyelid and begin gliding it gently over the skin—without pressing—starting from the outer edge of the upper eyelid, then down and toward the center to treat the lower eyelid.
